Senior Chef Manager

About the Role
Tonic Talent is seeking a skilled Chef Manager to join our client's B&I contract catering operation in Leatherhead. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for leading a small team and creating innovative, on-trend menu choices for breakfast, lunch, and light bites throughout the day.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead a small team of chefs and kitchen staff to deliver high-quality food and excellent customer service• Develop and implement new menu ideas, taking into account seasonal ingredients and food trends• Maintain high standards of kitchen hygiene and safety• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery• Manage kitchen budgets and inventory effectively• Provide training and development opportunities for team members
Requirements
• Minimum of 3 years' experience at Head Chef level• Expert knowledge of ingredients, food trends, flavors, and food design• Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team• Comfortable working independently, with the ability to make decisions quickly• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification
