Store Manager Assistant

About the Role:
To be a successful Assistant Store Manager at Next, you will:
- Support the Store Manager in managing and inspiring your team to achieve exceptional sales and operational results, and stepping up to cover the store when needed.
- Create an atmosphere where delivering outstanding customer service, achieving performance targets, and maintaining accurate stock processes is at the core of everything you do, in an environment that is commercially driven, operationally efficient, and safe.
- Demonstrate a hands-on approach for all operational and commercial activities by working alongside the team, driving results and improving processes.
- Ensure communication is up-to-date and accurate at all times in order to meet business needs.

- You are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales growth, and leading high-performing teams.
- You have exceptional commercial acumen, with the ability to create a fantastic shopping experience for our customers.

- Confidently problem-solve, make sound business decisions, challenge processes, and generate innovative ideas to drive business growth.
- Experienced in leading and coaching high-performing teams and effectively dealing with people issues.
- An effective multitasker who can plan, organize, and prioritize your workload, ensuring seamless execution of tasks and projects.
