Assistant Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team at NEXT. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will play a vital role in driving sales, improving operational efficiency, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Support the Store Manager in leading and inspiring a high-performing team to achieve sales targets and operational excellence.
- Create a positive and productive store environment that fosters a culture of customer obsession, commercial acumen, and operational efficiency.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and implement store plans, including visual merchandising, stock management, and inventory control.
- Lead by example, demonstrating a strong work ethic, a customer-first mindset, and a commitment to excellence in all aspects of store operations.
