IT Account Manager - Sales Growth Specialist

**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced IT Account Manager to join our team at Tribe Recruitment. As an IT Account Manager, you will be responsible for growing sales of our IT Services portfolio, cross-selling and upselling to existing customers, and winning new business.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Develop and execute sales strategies to grow our IT Services portfolio
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing customers
* Collaborate with the engineering team to deliver high-quality solutions to customers
* Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders

**Requirements**

* Strong IT and cyber security knowledge
* Proven experience in IT sales and business development
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

**Nice to Have**

* Commercially aware with a focus on competitor activity and products
* Strong telecoms background
* Proficient ICT skills
