Job Summary:

Adecco is seeking a skilled Credit Controller to join our team. As a Credit Controller, you will be responsible for managing and collecting debts from company debtors, evaluating new credit requests, and reviewing credit limits of customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Debt Management: Proactively manage and collect debts from company debtors, ensuring timely collection and initiating legal procedures if necessary.
  • Credit Evaluation: Evaluate new credit requests and review the credit limits of customers to ensure they align with company policies.
  • Customer Relationships: Maintain strong customer relationships and respond to internal and external queries promptly.
  • Financial Analysis: Conduct regular debtor review meetings with key stakeholders and provide financial analysis to support business decisions.
  • System Management: Have a good working knowledge of AX Dynamics and/or SAP and use these systems to manage customer accounts and process transactions.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with a dynamic and motivated team to achieve exceptional results and contribute to the financial success of the company.

Requirements:

  • Experience: At least 2-3 years of experience working in a similar credit control team/AR environment.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Education: Relevant qualifications in finance or a related field.
