Main Duties of the JobThe successful candidate will be responsible for providing specialist psychological assessment and therapy to individuals at risk of developing serious mental health difficulties, including those with first episode psychosis. The ideal candidate will possess a doctorate-level qualification in psychology, as well as experience of working with individuals with complex mental health needs. The successful candidate will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
Knowledge and Skills- High level of knowledge about evidence-based psychological therapies, including cognitive behaviour therapy
- Ability to interact appropriately with individuals at risk of developing psychosis, as well as their carers and relatives
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
