Key Responsibilities:
  • Complete a comprehensive training program that covers key skills and processes in Production Engineering.
  • Develop a deep understanding of manufacturing processes, including product definition, routing changes, production support, modifications, bids and RFQs, assembly process planning, and lessons learned.
  • Participate in the support of bids, design reviews, manufacturing, and issue resolution.
  • Develop excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build sustainable relationships with colleagues and external partners.
Requirements:
  • Completed an apprenticeship in a relevant discipline.
  • Experience working in Assembly or Test departments.
  • Good understanding of manufacturing processes.
