We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our client's team at a leading injection moulding manufacturer. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic company during a period of sustained business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform day-to-day mechanical and electrical maintenance of plant equipment, including injection moulding machinery and ancillary equipment, to ensure continuity of production.
- Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical faults, and assist with the maintenance programme for all plant and equipment.
- Validate new plant equipment, automation, and upgrades, and process/equipment troubleshooting and failure analysis.
- Ensure all plant and equipment is in good safe working order, and strive to improve efficiency and safety.
- Maintain high standards of record keeping for all repairs and servicing of plant and equipment.
