We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Male Senior Support Worker to join our team at SeeAbility. As a Senior Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional support to individuals with complex needs, including autism and learning disabilities.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality support to individuals with complex needs, promoting their independence and well-being.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with service users, their families, and other stakeholders.
- Work collaboratively with the Positive Behaviour Specialist to ensure the implementation of PBS plans.
- Assist service users in managing their personal affairs, including appointments and daily activities.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of individualized care plans.
- Participate in staff training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- QCF in Health & Social Care level 2 Diploma (or equivalent) with a willingness to undertake a level 3 in Health & Social Care.
- Experience of supporting individuals with complex needs, including autism and learning disabilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and lead by example.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
