Job Title: Senior Electrical Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Electrical Engineer to join our team at CBW Staffing Solutions. As a Senior Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for managing the electrical safety checks, Fixed Wire Testing programme, and all associated LV/HV planned and reactive maintenance, as well as any project works.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the electrical technical framework and appointments across the plant.
  • Manage several specialist electrical contractors and liaise with the client to arrange associated maintenance outage windows.
  • Be the subject matter expert across the plant and support the operational delivery and development of the engineering team.
  • Ensure regular monitoring and inspection procedures are carried out for all equipment as part of the preventative maintenance programme.
Requirements:
  • Electrically qualified.
  • Leadership experience (Preferred).
  • C&G / NVQ Level 2&3.
  • C&G 18th Edition.
  • Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing with all levels of staff and clients.
  • Ability to manage and prioritise a demanding and varying workload.
