About the Role:

Halecroft Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Mortgage Administrator to join our team. As a Mortgage Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Wealth Management business in delivering exceptional financial planning and investment advice to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and progress mortgage applications, manage leads, and liaise with clients, consultants, and third-party lenders.
  • Create and send invoices, as well as reminders, to clients.
  • Manage financial figures and spreadsheets, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Ensure files are compliant post-completion and update notes on the CRM system.
  • Research lenders and clients' affordability, obtaining key facts illustrations, generic protection quotations, and mortgage AIPs & applications.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in mortgage administration within the independent market.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Technical ability and comfort with mortgage and protection terminology.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage cases efficiently.
  • Desire to progress in a professional and growing business.
