Customer Service Advisor

At The VPS Group, we are committed to delivering exceptional customer service and experience. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive the highest level of service and support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely and effective responses to customer inquiries and concerns
  • Work closely with colleagues to deliver daily support and ensure seamless customer experience
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and services
  • Capture and record accurate customer information and account details
  • Understand and record customer scope of works and requirements
  • Administer quotes, customer purchase orders, and order variations with accuracy
  • Provide real-time customer updates and communicate effectively via various channels
  • Adhere to our 'No PO No Work' customer list and ensure compliance
Requirements:
  • Strong customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work in partnership with colleagues to enhance customer journey
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills with ability to prioritise tasks and multitask
  • Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
