Orthoptist Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Orthoptist to join our team at Great Ormond Street Hospital. As an Orthoptist Specialist, you will be responsible for managing a wide and complex paediatric clinical caseload, providing Orthoptic services as an autonomous practitioner, and undertaking clinical audit and continuing professional development.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in clinical orthoptics, with experience in specialist paediatric orthoptics and visual field assessment. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a multi-disciplinary team.

Main Duties of the Job- Manage a wide and complex paediatric clinical caseload
- Provide Orthoptic services as an autonomous practitioner
