About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Due Diligence Manager to join our Membership team at Membership Bespoke. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting enhanced due diligence on a daily basis and managing longer-term projects with a focus on risk mitigation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Obtain up-to-date and comprehensive documentation regarding our member's structure, ultimate beneficial owners (UBOs), directors, entities, and associated identification details.
  • Review and analyze the obtained information to ensure compliance with membership requirements and risk mitigation.
  • Evaluate legal, financial, operational, and reputational aspects of members via tools such as WorldCheck.
Requirements
  • Possessing qualifications or proficiencies in Anti-Money Laundering, Know Your Counterparty, Customer Due Diligence, Enhanced Due Diligence, Combatting Financing of Terrorism, and related processes and systems.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in due diligence, financial analysis, risk management, or a related field (Finance and Legal industry experience would be a bonus).
  • Proven track record of conducting due diligence investigations and delivering high-quality reports.
  • Experience with WorldCheck and/or similar platform.
  • General knowledge of risk and compliance matters.
  • Knowledge or experience of the precious metals and/or gemstone supply chain (desirable).
  • Additional experience in Standard systems or schemes preferable.
  • Strong level of understanding of sustainability issues (such as business ethics, environmental impact, labour and working conditions, health & safety, responsible sourcing, and human rights).
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Degree in a relevant field (desirable).
