About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Staff Accountant to join our Finance team at RES Exhibit Services, LLC.

The Staff Accountant will work closely with internal and external customers to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, banking, compliance, and external tax reporting.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing cash tracking and trending, bank reconciliations, sales tax recording and reporting, account reconciliations, project closings, and reporting.
  • Providing support on budgeting, cash forecasting, and annual external reviews.
  • Backing up the Accounts Payable Specialist and Account Receivable Specialist as needed.

As a Staff Accountant, you will be responsible for ensuring the reconciliation and payment of all approved expenditures and billing and collection of all receivables in a timely fashion.

Compensation for this opportunity is 56-75K commensurate with experience.
