Medical Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as a Medical Field Sales Representative. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the patient handling care sector.
Our client is a leading organisation in the field of patient handling care, with a reputation for providing reliable and durable equipment designed to meet the specific needs of healthcare professionals. With a strong focus on improving patient safety and outcomes, this is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional to make a real difference in the healthcare sector.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the patient handling care sector
- Build and maintain relationships with key clinical contacts within NHS and private hospitals
- Target manual handling/patient handling teams, procurement, theatre staff, tissue viability nurses, and infection control contacts
- Work in an autonomous role to identify key decision makers across hospital sites
- Focus on solution sales, rather than price-based sales
- 2-3 years hospital sales experience or relevant clinical background and commercial mindset
- B2B sales experience a plus
- Full driving licence
- Presentation of sales performance figures on CV will enhance application
- Basic salary: £35,000 - £40,000 (around £35K for no sales experience)
- Commission: £15,000 - £20,000 uncapped, paid monthly
- Car allowance: £625 per month
- Pension, mobile, laptop, and 25 days holiday + stats
