About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Audiologist to join our team as a Service Lead for Paediatric Audiology. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the development and implementation of innovative audiology services for children and young people.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead the Paediatric Audiology team to deliver high-quality services that meet the needs of our patients.
  • Develop and implement new audiology services and programs to improve patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Manage budgets and resources to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Recruit, train, and develop staff to ensure a skilled and motivated team.
Requirements
  • Postgraduate degree in Audiology or a related field.
  • Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
  • Experience of leading a team and managing budgets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
