Job Advert Role DescriptionThe Therapy Services Manager will play a key role in our Senior Management Team, overseeing the delivery of high-quality therapy services. This includes managing and coordinating therapy services, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations and quality standards.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all colleagues receive clinical supervision, in accordance with professional guidelines. They will also carry out management supervision as appropriate.
As part of the Senior Management team, the Therapy Services Manager will participate in on-call duties as directed by the Hospital Director.
