Job Title: Cover Supervisor

Job Type: Fixed Term

Hours: 2 days per week (13 hours)

Pay: £17.00 per hour

Location: Bottesford, Nottinghamshire

Job Description:

This esteemed educational institution is seeking a dedicated and reliable Cover Supervisor to join our team for the first half term, with the possibility of an extension. As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for teaching multiple primary school year groups, ensuring a positive and productive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and support students across various primary school year groups.
  • Deliver pre-planned lessons, ensuring students remain engaged and on task.
  • Manage classroom behavior in line with school policies.
  • Provide assistance to students with their work as needed.
  • Report on student progress and any issues to the appropriate staff members.

Requirements:

  • Must have at least a Level 4 qualification related to education.
  • HLTA or ECT preferred.
  • Strong classroom management skills.
  • Ability to engage and motivate students.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Flexibility to adapt to different year groups and classroom environments.
