About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Design Engineer to join our R&D Engineering team in Witney. As a key member of our Development Engineering group, you will be responsible for designing and developing innovative solutions for our products and manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop automated production equipment, incorporating the latest process, inspection, and controls systems.
  • Support the commissioning, characterization, and optimization of machines, as well as the generation of manuals and regulatory documentation.
  • Lead a small team, overseeing their day-to-day activities, providing developmental guidance, and line management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need a degree-level qualification in an Engineering discipline, with a proven track record and significant experience in automated production equipment design. Expertise in 3D CAD, drawing management systems, and AutoDESK Inventor is essential. Additionally, you will need to demonstrate project management experience, leadership skills, and the ability to work in a regulated environment.
