Job Title: Social Media and Content Executive

Premier Workwear, a leading clothing brand based in Deeside, is seeking an experienced marketing professional to join our team. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with a passion for creating engaging social content and crafting compelling copy to drive results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a content strategy to drive engagement and conversions across social media platforms.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Team leader to track SEO activity, including keyword research and optimization, page content creation, and meta updates.
  • Measure and analyze marketing metrics to inform monthly marketing reports.
  • Create high-quality content for products, including product descriptions, images, and videos.
  • Assist with the design and production of brochures, web banners, and adverts.
  • Produce engaging product copy with multiple product images and videos.
  • Upload new product listings to the site in a timely fashion in line with specified project launch dates.
  • Ensure product copy is accurate and includes all relevant details to increase click-through and conversion.
  • Categorize and attribute products correctly so customers can navigate to them easily.
  • Review competitor sites and benchmark our standards to improve the quality of our product copy.
  • Assist with offline and online campaigns to drive brand awareness, prospect, and customer engagement.
  • Support photoshoots and trade show arrangements as needed.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Proven track record of creating successful engagement with customers on social media.
  • Experience working within an online/digital department for a retailer.
  • Excellent command of the English language, including spelling and grammar.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good understanding of websites across content, functionality, and marketing.
  • Interest in fashion and clothing is advantageous.
