Job Overview

At SCROll STOP, a leading creative performance marketing agency, we're seeking a highly skilled and versatile Creative Content Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to blend your creative skills across videography, user-generated content (UGC) production, social media growth, and graphic design to drive engagement and support our clients' campaigns and agency brand development efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Videography & UGC Production:
  • Develop and execute plans to create high-quality video content, including UGC, that resonates with target audiences across various social platforms.
  • Design and implement creative concepts for video content that aligns with brand objectives and engages viewers.
  • Social Channel Growth:
  • Strategize and execute plans to grow and manage social media channels for both clients and the agency, focusing on increasing followers, engagement, and brand presence.
  • Monitor social media trends and adjust strategies to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Graphic Design:
  • Design visually appealing graphics, including social media assets, marketing materials, and brand collateral.
  • Ensure all creative outputs are on-brand and meet high visual standards.
  • Client & Agency Brand Materials:
  • Work on a blend of client projects and internal agency brand materials, supporting sales efforts with eye-catching presentations, case studies, and promotional content.
  • Assist in the development and execution of brand development strategies for both clients and the agency.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in videography, with a strong portfolio showcasing your video editing and production skills.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and a keen eye for design.
  • Understanding of the dynamics of social media platforms and experience in growing social channels.
  • Ability to produce engaging UGC that drives interaction and brand loyalty.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other team members.
  • Creative thinking and a passion for storytelling through visual content.
  • Organisation, self-motivation, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
