We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Management Assistant to join our team at Trinity Resource Solutions. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Management Accountant in the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare monthly management accounts, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Prepare monthly journals, including accruals and prepayments, to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Maintain the fixed asset register, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
- Manage the weekly supplier payment and payroll process, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
- Assist the Management Accountant in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts, providing financial insights and recommendations.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with accounting systems, preferably Sage X3 and Sage payroll.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Dynamic and enthusiastic attitude, with a willingness to go the extra distance to make a difference.
