Financial Reporting Accountant

At Alliance Healthcare Management Services Limited, we are seeking a highly skilled Financial Reporting Accountant to join our team. As a key member of our financial team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of our financial reporting and compliance with external regulations and internal policies.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and review financial reports, including monthly and quarterly reports, to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Develop and maintain internal controls to ensure the integrity of our financial reporting and compliance processes.
- Collaborate with the AH Divisional Controller and AH Divisional Financial Reporting & Consolidation Accountant to ensure effective financial reporting and compliance.
- Provide technical accounting guidance and support to the business on financial reporting and compliance matters.
- Review and rationalize the company structure in each of our countries across Alliance Healthcare to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Conduct ad-hoc projects, including investment and CAPEX appraisals, to support business decisions.
- ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualification with relevant PQE and solid education credentials.
- Experience in financial controls, either from an audit perspective or within a sizable international organization.
- Consolidation and group reporting experience, including intercompany accounting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-starter, motivated, and ambitious with a strong attention to detail.
