CNC Machinist Programmer

We are seeking a skilled CNC Miller Programmer to join our team at Response Personnel Ltd. As a CNC Machinist Programmer, you will be responsible for developing programs using offline software, such as Alphacam and Solidworks, to produce precision components.
Key Responsibilities- Programming and Machining: Develop and implement CNC programs to produce precision components, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Tool Selection and Maintenance: Select and maintain the necessary tools and equipment to ensure optimal machining performance.
- Record Keeping and Compliance: Maintain detailed records of programming parameters, setup procedures, and production metrics, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Quality and Safety: Ensure that all work is carried out to the highest standards of quality and safety, upholding a safe and efficient working environment.
- Engineering Knowledge: Possess in-depth knowledge of CNC machining and the ability to interpret engineering drawings and GD&T.
Monday to Friday, with flexible working hours. Benefits include private health insurance and life assurance.
