Account Director Opportunity at Harmonic Operations

We are seeking an experienced Account Director to join our team at Harmonic Operations, a certified B Corp. This is a prime opportunity for someone with a robust background in creative content, particularly with high-profile tech clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster and sustain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying opportunities for growth.
  • Comprehend client briefs and challenge both brands and creatives to achieve optimal results.
  • Oversee project coordination between creatives and PMs, ensuring high-quality delivery and alignment with standards.
  • Lead bi-weekly budget meetings with the PM team and Director, present forecasts to SLT, and manage account budgets and financial aspects to meet targets.
  • Monitor and report on client account performance, provide insights for improvement, generate proposals, support PMs with estimates, and attend monthly accountant/bookkeeper meetings.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working on Blue Chip tech accounts such as Snap, WhatsApp, Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.
  • Skilled in senior-level planning and strategy with a persuasive approach to creative projects.
  • Detail-oriented with knowledge of financial practices, business development, and creative processes, including digital platforms.
