Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Internal Sales Estimator to join our team at E3 Recruitment. As an Internal Sales Estimator, you will play a crucial role in qualifying customer needs and requirements, preparing and presenting detailed project costs and estimates, and collaborating with internal departments to ensure budgets and deadlines are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Qualify customer needs and requirements through effective communication and analysis
  • Prepare and present detailed project costs and estimates in a timely and accurate manner
  • Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate Sales Executives for further development and growth
  • Collaborate with internal departments, such as Manufacturing and Sales, to ensure budgets and deadlines are adhered to
  • Work with channel partners to develop a sales pipeline and meet quotas, driving business growth and revenue
  • Maintain a strong market reputation by delivering exceptional customer service and support

Requirements:

  • Experience working within an Engineering or Manufacturing environment, ideally as an Internal Sales Estimator or similar
  • Experience working with CRM and MRP systems to manage sales data and customer relationships
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced sales environment
