About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Employee Experience professional to join our team at McCann Central. As an Employee Experience Manager, you will be responsible for designing and implementing inspiring employee experience frameworks and solutions that drive business results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and deliver employee experience solutions that positively impact business outcomes
  • Develop and implement employee experience strategies that align with business objectives
  • Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to transform the employee experience
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest employee experience trends and innovations
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in employee experience, with a strong track record of delivering results
  • Proven ability to diagnose and deliver employee experience solutions that drive business outcomes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with clients and internal stakeholders
