We're seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as an Employee Experience Strategist. As a key member of our agency, you'll be responsible for designing and uplifting the future of the Employee Experience across key touchpoints and moments that matter.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and deliver solutions to people and cultural challenges, using research and insight to drive meaningful change.
  • Plan and lead client workshops to gather insight and knowledge of clients' employee engagement maturity and ambitions.
  • Design compelling employee journey maps that positively reimagine the employee journey.
  • Collaborate with Clients and Consultants to transform the employee experience, using your knowledge and expertise to influence stakeholders and effect lasting positive cultural and organisational change.
  • Stay up-to-date with employee experience trends and innovations.
