Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Account Manager - Technical Sales to join our team at CV Library. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for developing and growing a realistic pipeline of business from existing and new clients, handling enquiries quickly and accurately to ensure project success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend customer sites to nurture relationships and understand their current and future requirements, identifying and recommending enhancements, modifications or upgrades that will benefit their business.
- Create and maintain Sales Analysis Sheets for each enquiry received.
- Report enquiry results in the weekly Sales Meeting and provide visibility of future enquiries and potential market demands or competitor developments.
- Set up Sales Handover meetings to transfer details of the order over to the technical team and support the project team and the customer throughout the project life cycle when required.
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you will need to have previous sales and account management experience gained through working with automation systems, ideally within the automotive sector. You will also need to be qualified to at least HND level or above in a relevant engineering or business-related discipline. Additionally, you will possess excellent communication skills at all levels, be flexible to travel within the UK and overseas as required, and be based in or around the Leicester area.
