Immunisation Team Lead

NHS Scotland is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead the Immunisation & Injections Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the operational management and professional leadership of the team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to adults, children, and young people in the community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Immunisation & Injections Team in the delivery of vaccination programmes and other public health initiatives.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the team's work.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including general practice, primary care, education, and public health agencies, to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Provide leadership and guidance to team members, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with relevant policies, procedures, and regulations.
Requirements:
- First-level NMC Registered Nurse with leadership and management experience in immunisations.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality services and improving patient outcomes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective solutions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
