Job Title: Child Development Team Leader

We are seeking an experienced Child Development Team Leader to join our team at Reha Team Hannover. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of child development professionals to deliver high-quality services to children and families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of child development professionals to deliver services to children and families.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve child development outcomes.
  • Collaborate with other teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of child development programs and services.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in child development and team leadership.
  • Strong knowledge of child development theories and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
