We are looking for someone who is passionate about working with people, has a background in administration and customer service, and is able to provide a high level of service to our residents.
This is a varied and interesting role that will see you coordinating the development and related activities, making a positive difference every day to the lives of our residents. You will be responsible for managing the maintenance of the property, providing a first-class service to residents, and liaising with a range of customers and suppliers.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the maintenance of the property, including scheduling repairs and maintenance, and ensuring that the property is kept in good condition.
- Provide a high level of customer service to residents, including responding to their queries and concerns, and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Liaise with a range of customers and suppliers, including contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
- Coordinate activities and events for residents, including organizing social events, and ensuring that residents have access to a range of activities and services.
- Manage the administration of the development, including maintaining records, and ensuring that all necessary paperwork is completed.
- Experience of working in a similar role, preferably in a retirement living or residential property management setting.
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to provide a high level of service to residents.
- Strong administrative skills, with the ability to maintain accurate records, and complete necessary paperwork.
- Ability to work independently, and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with a range of customers and suppliers.
