We are seeking an exceptional Lodge Manager to join our team at Churchill Estates Management Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our retirement development, ensuring a high level of customer service and satisfaction for our Home Owners.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinating the development and related activities
- Managing the maintenance of the property and providing a first-class service to Owners
- Liaising with customers and suppliers, managing contractors, and scheduling maintenance
- Completing health and safety checks, organising activities and events for Owners
- Providing a hassle and worry-free retirement living lifestyle
We are looking for someone with experience in administration, customer service, and a background in similar sectors such as retirement living, social housing, hospitality, uniformed services, charity, and health & social care. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
