Lodge Manager

We are seeking an exceptional Lodge Manager to join our team at Churchill Estates Management Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our retirement development, ensuring a high level of customer service and satisfaction for our residents.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the maintenance of the property, ensuring that all facilities and services are provided to a high standard.
- Provide a first-class service to residents, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Liaise with a range of customers and suppliers, including contractors and maintenance teams.
- Organise activities and events for residents, promoting a sense of community and social interaction.
- Manage the administration of the development, including scheduling maintenance, completing health and safety checks, and maintaining accurate records.
- Experience of working in a similar role, preferably in the retirement living or social housing sector.
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to work with a range of residents and stakeholders.
- Strong administrative skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours.
- Passion for providing a high level of customer service and a commitment to delivering excellent results.
