Key Responsibilities

  • Provide in-house legal expertise within a regulated financial services organisation, or equivalent experience within a large commercial law firm.
  • Manage and advise on Commercial/FS Contracts, Litigation Management/Disputes, Complaints, Compliance, Employment, Competition, IP and Brand Law.
  • Oversee the management of external law firms and ensure effective collaboration.
  • Work with legal matters in multiple jurisdictions and have a good working knowledge of financial products and industry and regulatory practice.
  • Lead and train juniors within the legal team, promoting professional development and growth.
