We are seeking a highly skilled Legal Counsel to join our dynamic team at Reed. As a Legal Counsel, you will play a crucial role in guiding informed decision-making and ensuring risks are identified and minimised within our international wealth management company.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide in-house legal expertise within a regulated financial services organisation, or equivalent experience within a large commercial law firm.
- Manage and advise on Commercial/FS Contracts, Litigation Management/Disputes, Complaints, Compliance, Employment, Competition, IP and Brand Law.
- Oversee the management of external law firms and ensure effective collaboration.
- Work with legal matters in multiple jurisdictions and have a good working knowledge of financial products and industry and regulatory practice.
- Lead and train juniors within the legal team, promoting professional development and growth.
