Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Visitor Operations Supervisor to join our team at Redway HR. As a key member of our Visitor Engagement team, you will be responsible for leading a team of Visitor Experience Assistants in delivering exceptional customer service to visitors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of Visitor Experience Assistants in delivering a warm welcome and excellent customer service experience to visitors.
  • Conduct, support, and supervise the operational procedures of the Cathedral floor, including roster scheduling and coaching and training team members.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and experience.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer service.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators to ensure the team is meeting its objectives.

Requirements

  • Passion for visitor engagement and experience of delivering excellent customer service.
  • Demonstrable experience of coaching and training staff.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good initiative and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience of producing, changing, and coordinating rosters.

Working Arrangements
