Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Visitor Operations Supervisor to join our team at Redway HR Ltd. As a Visitor Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of Visitor Experience Assistants in delivering exceptional customer service to visitors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of Visitor Experience Assistants in delivering a warm welcome and excellent customer service experience to visitors.
  • Conduct, support, and supervise the operational procedures of the Cathedral floor, roster scheduling, and coaching and training team members.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and experience.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer service.
  • Monitor and report on team performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer-facing roles, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of flexibility and adaptability.
  • Experience in roster scheduling and team management, with a focus on delivering excellent customer service.
