We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Carer Loyalty Manager. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in supporting and retaining our foster carers, ensuring they feel valued, listened to, and supported throughout their fostering journey.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of an industry-leading carer loyalty program, enhancing the carer experience and boosting long-term engagement.
  • Collaborate with teams across the group to ensure a seamless, engaging, and rewarding journey for foster carers, from enquiry to approval.
  • Use data-driven insights to enhance communication and engagement strategies, driving measurable results and innovation.
  • Build meaningful relationships with foster carers, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver exceptional service.
