Job Title: Clinical Lead Veterinary Nurse

At Tame and Wild, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Lead Veterinary Nurse to join our team. As a key member of our nursing team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and supporting the development of our veterinary nurses.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Clinical Nurse Manager to identify training needs and develop effective education and development programs for the nursing team.
  • Support the Clinical Nursing Manager in implementing learning and development initiatives and ensuring new nurses and students receive necessary training and induction.
  • Provide line management, feedback, and coaching to direct reports and support Clinical Supervisors and Mentors with training, time allocation, and development.
  • Ensure students and apprentices are supported appropriately in line with their education stage and provide guidance on career progression and professional development.
Requirements:
  • At least two years post-qualification experience as a Registered Veterinary Nurse.
  • Strong organisational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work independently.
  • Ability to commute or relocate to Enfield, Greater London.
