Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Phlebotomist to join our team at Ashford and St Peters Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. As a Phlebotomist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and ensuring the smooth operation of our Phlebotomy service.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Deliver an efficient and effective Phlebotomy service, ensuring that patients receive high-quality care and samples are collected accurately and safely.
  2. Work collaboratively with the Phlebotomy team to maintain a high level of service delivery, adhering to Trust policies and procedures.
  3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, colleagues, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  4. Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date with best practices and guidelines.
  5. Contribute to the maintenance of a clean and safe working environment, adhering to infection control and health and safety protocols.
