Insurance Claims Coordinator

Position: Insurance Claims Coordinator

Salary: £23,500

Hours: 9:00am – 5:30pm, Monday to Friday

Location: Onsite parking available

We're seeking a dedicated individual to provide exceptional customer service and meticulous attention to detail in managing insurance claims. As a Rent & Legal Protection (RLP) Insurance Claims Coordinator, you'll be the primary liaison between landlords, tenants, and legal representatives, ensuring smooth resolution of issues.

Responsibilities:

  • Customer Assistance: Provide expert support to customers with inquiries related to insurance claims, ensuring their needs are met promptly and effectively.
  • Compliance Management: Conduct thorough compliance checks, audits, and validations to uphold the integrity of our insurance claims processes.
  • Point of Contact: Act as the primary liaison between landlords, tenants, and legal representatives, facilitating communication and ensuring smooth resolution of issues.
