Insurance Claims Coordinator

Position: Insurance Claims Coordinator
Salary: £23,500
Hours: 9:00am – 5:30pm, Monday to Friday
Location: Onsite parking available

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Insurance Claims Coordinator. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while ensuring the smooth resolution of insurance claims.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Assistance: Provide expert support to customers with inquiries related to insurance claims, ensuring their needs are met promptly and effectively.
  • Compliance Management: Conduct thorough compliance checks, audits, and validations to uphold the integrity of our insurance claims processes.
  • Point of Contact: Act as the primary liaison between landlords, tenants, and legal representatives, facilitating communication and ensuring smooth resolution of issues.
