About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Specialist Manager- Broker Support to join our team at Aon. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in improving invoicing performance and fiduciary metrics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support and training to Client Service Delivery (CSD) specialists to improve their knowledge of invoicing related matters.
  • Monitor and report on queries and trends, identifying opportunities for process improvements.
  • Work closely with the PCCM Post placement team to resolve complex matters and improve fiduciary metrics.
  • Develop and implement solutions to reduce queries and improve service to clients.

Requirements

  • High attention to detail and ability to work individually and in a team.
  • Relevant experience within the insurance industry, preferably with knowledge of insurance risk and actuarial principles.
  • Excellent listening, organization, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to learn and share knowledge, with a willingness to adapt to changing priorities.
