About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Consultant Dermatologist to join our team at HCRG Care Group. As a key member of our community-based Dermatology Service, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to patients across North and Northeast Lincolnshire.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide consultant-led care to patients, maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and expertise.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and implement care pathways and clinical guidelines.
  • Consult with patients, diagnose skin ailments, prescribe medication, and perform skin therapy treatments.
  • Lead and support junior medical colleagues, nursing staff, and other members of the multi-disciplinary team.
  • Ensure compliance with our clinical governance framework, promoting patient safety and dignity.
Requirements
  • Full registration with the General Medical Council (GMC).
  • Entry on the GMC Specialist Register via a Certificate of Completion of Training (CCT) in Dermatology or within 6 months of CCT date.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong leadership and teaching skills, with a commitment to clinical governance and patient safety.
  • Computer literacy in office and internet applications, with experience of clinical audit and effective communication skills.
