Job Title: Dermatology Locum Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Locum Consultant Dermatologist to join our team at National Locums. As a key member of our dermatology team, you will be responsible for assisting with the triage of dermatology referrals and providing expert care to patients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with the triage of dermatology referrals and provide expert care to patients
  • Undertake investigations, diagnose conditions, and recommend treatments
  • Work in conjunction with and support the dermatology nurse specialist through joint review of patients and provide advice on dermatological cases
  • Refer patients for a Senior Consultant Dermatologist opinion, Plastic Surgeon or Dermatology Specialist Nurse when appropriate
Requirements:
  • Diploma in Dermatology or equivalent
  • Ability to see general dermatology patients directly referred by GPs
  • Experience working in a private clinic-led environment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
