In the role of Retail Operations Leader, you will take charge of guiding your team to enhance sales performance, optimize profitability, and ensure outstanding service for our clientele. You will manage daily operations, surpass store objectives, and maintain company standards while embodying our brand's professional image.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guarantee the consistent provision of exceptional customer service by collaborating closely with your team.
  • Oversee store opening and closing protocols, including cash management.
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns efficiently to secure customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and support the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Leverage business insights to enhance product placement and boost sales.
  • Manage inventory handling and deliveries effectively to reduce losses and maximize profits.
  • Lead by example, mentor team members, and foster strong working relationships.

General Responsibilities:

  • Represent size? with professionalism in all interactions.
  • Ensure team members are updated with relevant communications from the Head Office.
  • Lead by example and provide practical guidance to your team.
  • Facilitate training and development for both new and existing team members.
  • Maintain a safe working environment and ensure daily tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Collaborate with the visual merchandising team to elevate merchandising standards.
  • Understand and drive store KPIs to achieve and surpass objectives.

Required Skills/Experience/Knowledge:

  • Genuine enthusiasm for the size? brand and product assortment.
  • Outstanding communication skills and a strong customer service orientation.
  • Previous experience in a managerial role is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Ambitious, resourceful, and eager to learn.
  • Strong work ethic and effective time management abilities.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and possessing a problem-solving mindset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience in Visual Merchandising is advantageous.
  • Commercially aware with flexibility in working hours.
