Role Overview:
The Sales Project Manager will be instrumental in managing a select portfolio of key accounts, ensuring that client needs are met through a consultative and collaborative approach. This role involves working closely with customers to tailor product specifications and overseeing the project management process from conception to launch.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with key clients
  • Collaborate with customers and internal teams to drive profitable business initiatives
  • Prepare and present quotations that align with customer requirements and target margins
  • Contribute to strategic business performance as a member of the Senior Leadership team
  • Guide and mentor a small internal sales team
  • Respond to leads generated from various sources
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in targeted sectors
  • Participate in industry exhibitions and client meetings to foster business development
  • Monitor customer engagement activities and provide monthly reports
  • Ensure continuous improvement in margin performance
  • Regularly review pricing strategies to maximize profitability
