Role Overview:
The Sales Project Manager will be instrumental in managing a select portfolio of key accounts, ensuring that client needs are met through a consultative and collaborative approach. This role involves working closely with customers to tailor product specifications and overseeing the project management process from conception to launch.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with key clients
- Collaborate with customers and internal teams to drive profitable business initiatives
- Prepare and present quotations that align with customer requirements and target margins
- Contribute to strategic business performance as a member of the Senior Leadership team
- Guide and mentor a small internal sales team
- Respond to leads generated from various sources
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in targeted sectors
- Participate in industry exhibitions and client meetings to foster business development
- Monitor customer engagement activities and provide monthly reports
- Ensure continuous improvement in margin performance
- Regularly review pricing strategies to maximize profitability
