Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing administrative support to the Supervisor and wider team, ensuring high levels of documentation compliance.
- Offering assistance to internal colleagues and customers, delivering exceptional service and support.
- Ensuring the efficient operation of the scheduling system, making timely amendments and communicating changes to the team and affected customers.
- Providing operational insights and feedback to relevant management teams.
- Managing and replenishing consumable stocks for the relevant area.
- Maintaining Health and Safety processes at all times.
- Performing other ad-hoc duties as requested by the Deployment Centre Supervisor or Area Service Manager.
Requirements:
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills, both face-to-face and via telephone.
- Proven planning and organizational skills.
- Flexible approach to work demands.
- Proactive self-motivation and ability to work independently.
- Proficient IT skills.
