Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing administrative support to the Supervisor and wider team, ensuring high levels of documentation compliance.
  • Offering assistance to internal colleagues and customers, delivering exceptional service and support.
  • Ensuring the efficient operation of the scheduling system, making timely amendments and communicating changes to the team and affected customers.
  • Providing operational insights and feedback to relevant management teams.
  • Managing and replenishing consumable stocks for the relevant area.
  • Maintaining Health and Safety processes at all times.
  • Performing other ad-hoc duties as requested by the Deployment Centre Supervisor or Area Service Manager.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication skills, both face-to-face and via telephone.
  • Proven planning and organizational skills.
  • Flexible approach to work demands.
  • Proactive self-motivation and ability to work independently.
  • Proficient IT skills.
