As a dynamic Learning Support Assistant (LSA), you will be providing high-quality learning support to students, helping them to achieve their full potential. You will work closely with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement effective learning strategies, ensuring that students receive the best possible education.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized support to students with diverse learning needs
  • Assist teachers in the classroom, helping to deliver engaging and interactive lessons
  • Develop and implement learning plans, working closely with teachers and other support staff
  • Monitor student progress, identifying areas of strength and weakness
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and teachers to ensure seamless support
